What are your shipping charges?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the continental United States, provided the total cost of goods purchased is greater than $99.
Orders under $99 are charged a flat rate of $8.95 for ground shipping within the continental United States.
Do you offer free shipping on every item, regardless of size or weight?
Yes, free ground shipping applies to all orders over $99.
There are no hidden costs and no extra charges for oversized items.
When will I receive my order?
Most items will arrive in 5-9 business days (excluding holidays). Items with longer lead times are noted on the product pages of this web site.
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by phone or email. If you order multiple items, they may arrive at different times.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express Shipping (Next Business Day or 2nd Business Day) is available on some items. Express packages are not shipped or delivered on Saturdays or Sundays.
2nd Business Day $44.95 (not available for all items): Arrives in two business days when order is placed online before 2pm ET, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Next Business Day $69.95 (not available for all items): Arrives next business day when ordered online before 2pm ET, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
Next Business Day delivery orders placed on Friday after 2pm ET and over the weekend will normally arrive on Tuesday.
2nd Business Day delivery orders placed on Friday after 2pm ET and over the weekend will normally arrive on Wednesday.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Most items are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Larger items may ship with freight carriers.
Are your shipments insured against loss or damage?
Yes. Every shipment is insured. Please inspect all packages for damage before signing the delivery confirmation. If damage is visible from the outside, reject the shipment (being sure the driver notes the damage) and contact us as soon as possible.
You must report any damaged or broken items to Genius Jones within 7 business days of the delivery date. Do not discard the packing materials that the item(s) arrived in. It is essential to keep the packing materials in order to expedite a damage claim.

Do you ship to addresses outside the mainland United States?
We can ship orders anywhere in world. However, orders for delivery outside the continental U.S. are only accepted by phone. International orders and orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will incur an additional shipping charge.
We do not ship to P.O. Box or A.P.O. addresses.
Do you offer inside delivery and installation of furniture items?
Free shipping does not include inside delivery or installation. Our shippers will deliver to your front door only.
In some areas of the country, we can offer "white glove" furniture delivery and installation services for an additional charge. Call our customer service department at 866.GENIUS.J (866.436.4875) for more information on "white glove" delivery.
Will my order arrive before Christmas?
Orders for in-stock items shipping with our Standard Service must be received by DECEMBER 20 to ensure arrival before Christmas.
Express Shipping orders must be placed by 2pm (Eastern) on DECEMBER 22 for delivery before Christmas. However, additional charges will apply.
