If Willy Wonka had decided he was through with chocolate and started selling toys and children's furniture, he would have ended up like Daniel Kron, whose own magical factory goes by the name Genius Jones. On the five year anniversary of his first store, Kron celebrates a brand of aesthetically unique children's designs that are first and foremost functional. With this mission and having successfully carved out a solid niche in an otherwise ephemeral design market, Kron is looking to expand with a store in Boca Raton at Mizner Park. "With unique amenities such as ample free parking, great promenades for strolling and numerous casual dining options that are perfect for families, Mizner Park is a perfect location for Genius Jones," says Kron. In addition, he plans to open another location on Miami Beach at a new building by Herzog + de Meuron at the corner of Lincoln and Alton roads. - Kenneth Merrill
